SplitMoon Theatre presents ‘Killer of the Sun’ a new drama by Peter Sturm. This is a unique opportunity to see Alexander the Great in action in the historical site of The Rose where once young Shakespeare, Marlowe and Kyd learnt their craft. ‘Killer of the Sun’ is the first part of a trilogy based on the life of Alexander the Great, which concludes with the assassination of his father Philip II and Alexander being crowned King of Macedonia. A team of eight actors, including Romanian actress Cristina Catalina, and a bouzouki player take up the gauntlet.
Directed by: Peter Sturm. Cast: Cristina Barreiro, Cristina Catalina, Evie Craddock, Benedict Hopper, John Ioannou, Roland John Liopoldie, David Keller & Glen Fox as Alexander. Musician: George Tooulis.
