To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Manchester Chamber Concerts Society, this concert is dedicated to the Amadeus String Quartet, an ensemble with a long-running association with the Society. The Belcea Quartet, who studied with members of the Amadeus, are considered amongst their most talented students.
