The use of coaching has grown remarkably in recent years due largely to its value in the corporate environment. But this exponential growth of the coaching industry has proved troublesome for practitioners in the emerging profession. Indeed the mushrooming of different coaching methodologies, models, professional associations, and training providers has proved a barrier to coaching becoming accepted and established as a bona-fide regulated profession.

In ’A Unified Theory of Coaching and The Unified Coaching Model’ Adina Tarry outlines a new perspective on coaching that offers a clear path out of this confusion. She proposes an integrated bio-psycho-socio-philosophical perspective for coaching that unifies its ethics and professional development in a way that overcomes the fragmentation now present in the field.

Adina Tarry is a Business Psychologist and Organisational Development Consultant, with an extensive delivery portfolio in Coaching, Psychometric Assessments, Talent and Change Management, as well as Strategic HR. Details at: www.adinatarry.com.

David Webster, Director of the Anglo-Romanian Economic and Political Forum, will chair the discussions.
