‘Roma Gypsy Survival Strategies’ is a series if events to coincide with the 2nd Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month, hosted by the partners of EU-Roma and the Centre for Sustainable Fashion, the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. During this event, speakers from across a spectrum of disciplines will discuss issues ranging from ethnography and folklore to discrimination, presenting both problems and solutions.

Guests from Romania are writer and anthropologist Vasile Ionescu, Delia Grigore (writer, philologist, academic and Roma rights activist), sociologist Florin Botonogu, and architect Catalin Berescu. Special guest is architect Alexander Valentino.
