On Monday 5 July 2010, the seventh edition of the Romanian Film Festival in London screened, in conjunction with Curzon Soho’s Doc Days programme, the documentary film THE NEW WAVE OF ROMANIAN CINEMA, by Marius Doicov and Vincent Guyottot.

The screening was followed by a a panel discussion with some of the insiders of this New Wave: producer Dan Burlac, actress Anamaria Marinca, film critic and scholar Magda Mihailescu. The discussion was moderated by Ramona Mitrica, Director of the Ratiu Foundation / Romanian Cultural Centre.
