On the evening of Monday, 22 March 2010, Romanian journalist and policy expert, Alina Mungiu-Pippidi, talked in front of a large audience about the new borders of Europe and the people that were left behind them. The evening’s presentation was illustrated with excerpts from the documentary film ‘Where Europe Ends’ by Alina Mungiu-Pippidi and Sinisa Dragin.

The evening’s host was British author and curator, Dr Mike Phillips OBE, a fine connoisseur of Romania and the contemporary Romanian phenomena. An interesting and informative Q&A followed the presentation.
