British writer and artist Caroline Juler (author, among other things, of ‘Blue Guide Romania’ and ‘National Geographic Traveler Romania’) was the special guest of the Culture Power Series for a presentation on Romanian pastoralism. It followed Caroline’s extensive research in Romania, which was conducted with the support of the Ratiu Foundation. The event, hosted by Ramona Mitrica, Director of the Ratiu Foundation / Romanian Cultural Centre in London, took place on Wednesday 22 April 2009.
