Researcher and musician Ioana Raluca Voicu-Arnautoiu talked, on the evening of Monday 27 June 2011, about the great Romanian composer, George Enescu.
The research presented at the Ratiu Foundation centred on the last ten years in the life of Enescu, and on the efforts of the Romanian communist authorities to gain his support. The event was hosted by author, historian and curator Dr Mike Phillips OBE, convenor of the Culture Power series of presentations and seminars. It was followed by a Q&A session and a drinks reception.
