Welcome

The Romanian Cultural Centre in London bridges a gap in the way Romania and Romanians are perceived in Britain. 2008 is a year in which the RCC plans to attract an even greater British audience towards making Romania and Romanian culture better known; and we’ll endeavour to show how widely and how significantly Romanians have contributed to the cultural life of Europe and the rest of the world.

The Romanian Cultural Centre in London is an independent association, promoting Romanian cultural programs and acting as the focus for the Romanian community in Britain.

It is our wonderful team of volunteers who make all of this possible. We are all ordinary Romanians - students, workers and visitors who give time and energy to organising concerts, film screenings, book presentations, special events and monthly pub parties. Our numbers are rising all the time and so is the variety and the excitement of our events.
