On 14 April 2009, Ratiu Scholar Raluca Boroianu-Omura made a presentation on the Romanian political discourse on the subject of the Republic of Moldova (2004-2008).

The presentation was made in the light of both the 2007 enlargement of the EU and the political situation in Moldova at the time of the research. The evening was hosted by David Webster, Director of the Anglo-Romanian Economic and Political Forum, who also moderated the Q&A session that followed the presentation.
