On the evening of Tuesday 6 July 2010, part of the Culture Power series of the Ratiu Foundation, Ioana Voicu-Arnautoiu presented the story of the longest-lived anti-communist partisans' group in Romania, which was formed around Toma Arnautoiu. With this occasion, Ioana talked about how the group was formed, fought and was finally defeated through treachery. The presentation was followed by a Q&A moderated by Dr Mike Phillips OBE.
